The introduction of national Standards for teachers in Further Education, and the requirement for new teachers to be qualified, has put new emphasis on teaching skills and training in FE. This series of books uses the FENTO Standards as a framework, and provides trainee teachers with clear guidance on the skills and understanding they will need to be able to demonstrate that they have met the Standards.
